Suspended Platform Hoist–Long Lasting Lifetime.
1. 주조 본체는 특수 알루미늄 재질로 만들어졌으며 중력 주조 공정으로 수입 가공 센터에서 가공됩니다. 제품의 정밀도와 내구성이 좋습니다. 주물은 다이캐스팅보다 낙하 저항성이 뛰어나고 균열이 발생할 가능성이 적습니다.
2. 구동 디스크의 재질은 40Cr, 무게 5.4kg이며 템퍼링 및 표면 질화 처리 후 내마모성과 내구성이 더욱 향상되었습니다.
3. 웜휠은 주석-인청동 9-4 구리, 0.94kg으로 만들어졌으며 인성과 내마모성이 우수합니다. 웜과 기어 샤프트의 재질은 38CrMoA1이며 그 중 웜의 무게는 0.48kg으로 인성과 내마모성이 우수합니다.
4. 로프 가이드는 특수 내마모성 스테인레스 스틸 재질로 만들어져 쉽게 손상되지 않으며 걸림 현상이 발생하지 않습니다. 고장 비용은 매우 낮으며 일반적으로 교체할 필요가 없습니다.
