Suspended Platform Hoist–Long Lasting Lifetime.
1. 鋳造本体は特殊なアルミニウム材料で作られており、輸入された加工センターで重力鋳造プロセスによって加工されます。製品の精度と耐久性は良好です。鋳物はダイカストよりも落下に強く、割れにくいです。
2. 駆動ディスクの材質は 40Cr、重量 5.4kg、焼き戻しおよび表面窒化処理後、より耐摩耗性と耐久性があります。
3. ウォームホイールは錫リン青銅 9-4 銅、0.94kg、良好な靭性と耐摩耗性で作られています。ウォームとギアシャフトの材質は 38CrMoA1 で、そのうちウォームは 0.48 kg で、靭性と耐摩耗性に優れています。
