ZLPシリーズ サクセス社が開発・製造した仮設吊り下げアクセス装置は、主に高層・高層建築物の外壁工事、装飾、清掃、メンテナンスに使用される電動昇降式装飾機械です。エレベーターの設置、大型タンク、橋、ダム、その他のエンジニアリング作業にも適用できます。

安全を確保するために、プラットフォームには次の安全装置が取り付けられています。
Service brake incorporated in the LTD hoist.
Two fall arrest devices (Anti-tilt LSF safety lock) acting on the safety wire ropes.
Two upper limit switches.
No power descent in case of power failure. Emergency stop.
